- June 24 Project groups formed and topic selected.
- Have a group coordinator (one per group) send
email to cbs-admin@cs.caltech.edu with the topic and
list of group members.
- June 28 Topic Presentation.
- One presenter from each group will introduce the
topic selected to the program. (think 1-2 slides,
2-3 minutes.)
- July 15--17 Project Presenations.
- Each group presents their findings to the program.
(think 10-12 slides, 20-25 minutes.)
- July 17 Project Writeup.
- Each group turns in a written summary of their project.
(think 5p or so.)
- August 17 Revised Writeups
- You may want to revise and cleanup your writeup in
you leisure after the program.
We will assemble the final set of writeups into a workshop booklet
and distribute to all participants. With your permission, we will
make this available on the program web page.
